Travel Agencies for the Disabled
Many agencies and tour operators specialize in travel for the disabled Their services include checking out hotels, restaurants, and sight-seeing stops in advance to make sure disabled travelers can be accommodated, as well as making special arrangements for air and ground transportation. Many travel agencies have Telephone Typewriter (TTY) equipment in their reservation offices to communicate with hearing impaired travelers.
